How to get the most out of our AI course and coaching

You’re here to master AI, and we’re here to make sure your time and effort lead to real results. So, how can you make the most of this course and coaching experience?
Here are three simple, powerful habits from those who truly transform.
1. Engage, Don’t Just Attend
Learning doesn’t happen when you just sit back and listen; it happens when you think, question, and participate.
That’s why our sessions are filled with questions.
Not to test you.
Not to put you on the spot.
But to get your brain working.
It’s okay if you don’t know the answer; we don’t expect you to. What matters is that you try, recall, and think.
When you think, you understand more deeply.
2. Create a Learning Rhythm
We’ve designed this course to be clear, interactive, and practical. But here’s the truth: attending classes alone isn’t enough.
To really absorb the material, you’ll need around 2–3 hours each week outside of class. And yes, that’s tough when you have a demanding job.
So here’s the smart hack: make learning a routine, like exercise.
And for this to happen, you have to pick the same time, every day, say 30–60 minutes, 3–4 days a week.
Morning hours work best for many.
Start your day with AI so even if life gets busy, your learning doesn’t fall through the cracks.
3. Revisit and Reinforce
AI isn’t a “learn it once and done” kind of skill. It sticks when you revise and reflect.
That’s why we begin every session with a quick recap, not as a ritual, but because repetition is the key to retention.
Want to go one step further? Watch the class recordings.
You’ll be surprised how often a second viewing reveals something new, an insight, or a concept you missed the first time.
4. Reward Yourself
Let’s face it, picking up a new technology or skill later in your career isn’t easy.
Starting is commendable, but sustaining that momentum over the next 3–4 months requires deliberate effort.
Motivation tends to fade with work.
And like any habit, good or bad, learning sticks when the brain receives a reward.
So, build in small incentives. At the stage of life, you only have to reward yourself.
Completed an assignment? Treat yourself.
Attended sessions this week? Treat yourself.
These small rewards can make a big difference.
Over time, you’ll be surprised how naturally the habit of continuous upskilling begins to form and will go beyond AI.
In Short
- Think out loud. Participation sharpens understanding.
